In February 2003, Wing-It Productions created the Historic University Theater in the former home of The Paradox, an all-ages music venue.

Extensive renovations have been done to the infrastructure, including new electrical systems, roofing, office systems, CAT5 wiring, seating, a redesigned concession stand and box office, HVAC (due to be completed December 2009) and facade (currently on hold).

The Historic University Theater was purchased by a benevolent landlord in 2006, who provides Wing-It with a stabilized rental amount, a secure future in the venue, and renovation funds.
