The Wing-It Productions Strategic Plan is a synthesis of the Bold New Directions from our recent summit (see The Story). It is based on:
     As an agency of administrators and actors, we must commit to a higher standard of professionalism. This will involve providing more training for technical and administrative staff and volunteers. Over time, this effort will result in the development of a full-time, paid touring group based in performance and education. Although budget and administrative processes will always be important, time must also be spent on developing and nurturing a new agency culture as these changes continue to unfold. Wing-It Productions feels that increasing revenue by maximizing the space and usage of the space we currently have is vital. This includes working towards ongoing sold-out shows, investigation the potential to run more shows during the week and pursuing more daytime rental opportunities. This effort will be greatly enhanced by collaborating with and cultivating new and existing relationships with local arts organizations. Hiring a full-time Audience Services Manager, who will be fully or in-part responsible for these aforementioned areas, is central to our success.
